Pantone predicts a color of the year each year. For 2013, Emerald won the color of the year! The luscious deep green color may be on your wedding color palette this spring. This attractive green is paired well with silver or gold accents. How can I add the color emerald to my wedding décor? Think about adding emerald as an accent color to your wedding cake, accessories with your wedding gown or the color for your bridesmaid’s gowns. The deep green can be used in a spring wedding or even a winter wedding. Spring weddings can have yellow or grey accent colors with them. Emerald goes well together with dark mauve colors for a winter wedding. Make sure you pick colors that blend well together. You do not want to have an unbalanced color combination.
